Qualifications

• Education options include ASCP/AMT/AAB certification required or equivalent.
• One year of training/experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests of moderate/high complexity with independent judgement.
• Troubleshoot instruments and procedures in the department.
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation in LIS.
• Enter results and generate reports for physician review.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and training records.
