Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes specimens and reagents prior to the day technologists’ arrival.
• Performs specimen receiving, labeling, handling and preparation.
• Assist with pre-analytical preparation of specimens and related tasks.
• Record digital temperature and notify license-qualified personnel if out of range.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance under supervision.
• Dispose of biohazardous material.
