Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Multiple Launch Rocket System Crewmember to support infantry and armor units by operating and maintaining MLRS equipment. Gain essential teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills while earning a paycheck during training periods.

You will complete 10 weeks of Basic Training followed by four weeks of Advanced Individual Training, with pay and benefits during the program. Duties include vehicle operation, maintenance, and on-board communications.”

Qualifications

• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform under pressure.
• Ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to complete Army National Guard training.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the self-propelled launch vehicles.
• Reload ammunition and resupply vehicles.
• Test and maintain the fire control systems.
• Mount radio sets and communications systems in all vehicles.
