Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Multiple Launch Rocket System Crewmember to operate, maintain, and support MLRS assets for infantry and armored units. You will train during Basic and Advanced Individual Training, earning a regular paycheck while developing leadership and teamwork skills.

Position includes drill-weekend pay and comprehensive benefits; qualification requires enlistment eligibility, age limits, and a physical exam. Training combines classroom and field environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to enlist in the Army National Guard.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must pass a physical examination and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the self-propelled launch vehicles.
• Reload ammunition and resupply vehicles.
• Test and maintain the fire control systems.
• Mount radio sets and communications systems in vehicles.
