DC Army National Guard is seeking a MLRS Crewmember to operate and maintain MLRS equipment, supporting infantry and tank units by supplementing cannon artillery during combat.

You will learn vital skills through Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, and earned pay during drill weekends with tuition assistance options. This role emphasizes teamwork, discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking, with transferable civilian value.

Qualifications

• Must be physically and mentally fit for duty.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Must meet Army National Guard enlistment requirements.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the self-propelled launch vehicles.
• Reload ammunition and resupply vehicles.
• Test and maintain the fire control systems.
• Mount radio sets and communication systems in all vehicles.
