Job summary

Indegene in the Boston area seeks an Engagement Lead to anchor client discussions across MLR transformation, AI-driven review automation, and modular content strategies. You will lead end-to-end engagements and translate strategic vision into actionable solutions for Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial functions.

This role requires strong leadership, deep MLR domain expertise, and a passion for AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in MLR, regulatory review workflows, agency, or pharma content lifecycle.
Strong exposure to global and local MLR models and stakeholder engagement across Medical, Legal, Regulatory.
Proven ability to lead client discussions and workshops with executive presence.

Responsibilities

Lead client discussions, workshops, hackathons, and conferences focused on MLR transformation and AI adoption.
Define and shape end‑to‑end MLR transformation roadmaps and assess current-state gaps across people, process, and technology.
Demonstrate strong understanding of AI/GenAI in content review workflows and translate technical concepts into business narratives.
Bridge domain SMEs, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to drive solution demos and pilots.
Support GTM efforts with proposals, pitches, and thought leadership content.
