Job summary

Indegene Inc. is seeking a client-facing Engagement Lead to anchor discussions and drive thought leadership across the end-to-end MLR lifecycle, with a focus on technology-led transformation and AI-driven review automation.

The role sits at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and consulting, requiring exceptional communication and leadership. You will collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to define strategies and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in MLR, regulatory review workflows, pharma content lifecycle.
• Strong exposure to: global and local MLR models, promotional review processes, stakeholder engagement across Medical, Legal, Regulatory.
• Proven ability to lead client discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions, workshops, and conferences focused on MLR transformation and AI adoption.
• Define and shape end-to-end MLR transformation roadmaps and conduct current-state assessments.
• Act as bridge between domain SMEs, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to align solutions.
• Support GTM efforts with proposals, decks, and thought leadership content.
