Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Community Support Specialist for MLB The Show on a 12-month contract via Yoh Enterprise Solutions. You will engage daily with players, resolve issues, and moderate community channels to ensure a fair, fun environment.

You will need strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with ZenDesk. Baseball/MLBTS enthusiasm is highly valued in this role, based in San Diego area.

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with players daily via support channels.
• Moderate community channels and monitor for toxicity.
• Route issues to internal teams for resolution.
• Identify cheating/exploit patterns and investigate.
