Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Community Support Specialist to help MLB The Show players have the best possible experience. This temporary 12-month contract role is staffed via Yoh Enterprise Solutions and focuses on resolving player issues across support channels.

You will work with the Community Experience team to monitor feedback, identify abusive behaviors, route issues to internal teams, and help protect game integrity while maintaining a player-first mindset and empathetic

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with players daily via support channels.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of MLB The Show gameplay.
• Moderate community channels and monitor for toxicity.
• Route player issues to internal teams for resolution.
• Identify cheating, exploits, and unfair play trends.
• Investigate exploits and help protect game integrity.
• Track methods of cheating to support safer gameplay.
• Assist in maintaining tools to help solve player reported issues.
• Represent players' interests to the development team.
• Assist in identifying bugs and participate in testing when needed.
