Job summary

Lightning AI in New York is seeking a customer-facing Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to translate complex customer requirements into scalable AI and ML solutions on the Lightning AI platform. You will lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, POCs, and post-sales engagements.

Working across go-to-market, product, and engineering, you will bring deep technical expertise to the sales process and help accelerate customer adoption while shaping product direction. Hybrid NYC office.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in solutions engineering or related leadership roles.
• Experience with complex technical selling and enterprise evaluation cycles.
• Credibility with technical buyers and ability to simplify AI concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, product demos, POCs, and post-sales engagements.
