Wayfair is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist II in Boston for a hybrid role. You will design, build, deploy and refine large-scale ML models that power search, recommendations and advertising.

You will collaborate with engineering, infra, and ML platform teams to ensure scalable services and monitor performance. The role emphasizes customer-centric problem solving and data‑driven ROI insights.

Formación

• 0-1 years with PhD or 3+ years with MSc/BaSc in STEM.
• Proficiency in Python or another high‑level language.
• Strong theoretical understanding and production deployment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear for non-experts.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy and refine large-scale ML models and decision systems.
