Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a fast-growing technology company in the Greater Boston area. This hybrid role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing ML models that power business-critical applications.

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, PMs, and leadership to translate complex data into scalable solutions, drive ML initiatives in production, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in ML, DS, or software engineering.
• Experience deploying models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of statistics, ML algorithms, evaluation, and experimentation.
• Experience with data engineering tools and distributed computing.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize ML models for business-critical apps.
• Build scalable training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, data science, software, and leadership teams.
• Improve model performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead experimentation, validation, and performance analysis.
• Establish ML engineering and MLOps best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
