SandboxAQ is hiring an ML Research Engineer to turn cutting-edge ML and physics-based models into production-ready software. You will architect, scale, and optimize code powering Large Quantitative Models that accelerate drug and materials discovery.

Expect to drive prototypes into robust products and orchestrate distributed training on world-class GPUs. You will own end-to-end software delivery, bridging research and product code, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and collaboration

Formación

• PhD or MSc in a quantitative field with computational focus.
• 5+ years of production software development in professional teams.
• Exposure to data-science tasks related to structural biology is a plus.
• Experience translating research into ML software artifacts.
• Bridge between research code and production/ external-facing products.

Responsabilidades

• Research, architect, and scale novel ideas into robust code for LQMs.
• Lead ML engineering for complex datasets and models integrated into large-scale frameworks.
• Own software lifecycles from R&D through launch and long-term support.
