Job summary

Inductive Bio is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Machine Learning to design and deploy ML models that predict molecular properties and guide drug discovery. You will work closely with chemists and software engineers to translate science into product-ready tools.

With 4+ years in ML and a PhD in a relevant field, you will prototype algorithms, build scalable ML infrastructure, and contribute to product strategy in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ML/DS roles in an industrial or academic setting.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals, deep learning, and evaluation.
• Experience with cloud-deployed ML pipelines and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models to predict molecular properties from structures.
• Create algorithms for generating ideas for new molecules.
• Collaborate with chemists and software engineers to deploy models.
• Improve model performance using proprietary data and benchmarks.
• Build and optimize scalable infrastructure for training and deployment.
