Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or related field (2+ years if PhD).
• 2+ years in ML, recommendation systems, AI, or related field.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Hack scripting languages.
• Experience building ML models at scale from inception to business impact.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and Java; scripting with Python, Perl, PHP, or shell scripts.
• Track record of setting technical direction and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience designing, building, or deploying recommendation systems at scale.
• Experience delivering high-quality work with reliability and robust testing and monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.

• Implement custom UIs using modern programming techniques.
• Develop reusable components interfacing with back-ends.
• Analyze and optimize code for quality and performance.
