Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience (2+ years with a PhD)
• 2+ years in ML, recommendation systems, AI, or related field
• Experience with Python, JavaScript or Hack scripting
• Experience building ML models at scale and driving business impact
• Experience with C/C++ and Java, or scripting languages
• Track record of setting technical direction and cross-functional partnerships
• Proven experience designing/deploying recommender systems at scale
• Experience delivering high-quality, reliable software
• Strong code reviews, testing, rollout, monitoring, and proactive improvements
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience
