Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience; PhD reduces to 2+ years.
• 2+ years in ML, RecSys, AI, or related field.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
• Experience building ML models at scale from inception to impact.
• Knowledge of C/C++ and Java; scripting in Python, Perl, PHP, or shell.
• Track record of setting technical direction and driving cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience designing and deploying recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid).
• Experience delivering high-quality work with reliability and proper testing, rollout, and monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CS Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
