Job summary

HexaCorp is seeking an experienced Machine Learning & AI Platform Lead to drive AI initiatives, own end-to-end deployments, and shape technical strategy. This dual-capacity role combines hands-on ML engineering with platform stewardship, including ownership of the Token Platform and AI Gateway.

You will mentor engineering teams in MLOps, oversee model rollout, evaluate algorithms and cloud platforms, and collaborate with data governance to align AI efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Engineering and MLOps.
• Strong background in platform engineering or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align ML/AI solutions with business objectives, metrics, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategy, governance, and AI roadmap.
• Own and manage Token Platform and AI Gateway.
• Mentor engineering teams in MLOps, model versioning, and retraining pipelines.
• Evaluate and select ML algorithms, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Build and optimize batch jobs for heavy data processing and training.
• Oversee Generative AI evaluations and implement content filters.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Own end-to-end ML and platform deployments.
