Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree; 8+ years' relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MOE team and design all layers of the model operations stack.
• Own enterprise AI pipeline including AWS data services and data foundation.
• Set 6-12 month strategic direction for MOE platform.
• Run intake consultations with data science partners to move models to production.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and migrate legacy models to the enterprise MLOps pipeline.
• Manage change-management for regulated insurance/financial services environments.
• Develop leadership depth and mentor team members.
• Deliver training on the MLOps pipeline and report progress quarterly.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
