Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an ML Infrastructure Software Engineer to build and operate core training and dataset management systems for perception and autonomy use-cases. You’ll index multi-modal data, coordinate training across cloud and on‑prem, and deploy models to edge devices.

You’ll also own the training libraries/SDKs, enable frontier model integration for data curation, and partner with perception engineers to deliver scalable, observable ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• Build and operate core model training and dataset management infrastructure.
• Improve perception engineer-facing tooling and SDKs.
• Integrate frontier models for data augmentation and curation.
• Enable observability and traceability of the full ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own core training systems and dataset management infrastructure.
• Collaborate with perception engineers to address pain points and add features.
• Integrate frontier models into dataset curation and semantic search.
• Develop systems for real-time monitoring of training jobs and model evaluation reports.
• Engage with customers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
