Qualifications

• Production Infrastructure Experience: 7+ years building and operating production ML systems.
• Strong programming and systems design across languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
• GPU scheduling, container orchestration, and distributed training frameworks experience.
• Data pipelines and large datasets handling experience.
• Strategic technical leadership and mentorship of engineers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect the ML Platform: design and maintain training, orchestration, and experimentation infrastructure.
• Optimize AI Researcher Velocity: identify bottlenecks and automate experimentation tracking.
• Build Data Pipelines at Scale: design ETL pipelines for terabytes of multimodal data.
• Deploy Model Serving Infrastructure: build scalable serving, CI/CD for ML models.
• Implement Evaluation & Alignment Loops: automate model validation and RLHF/DPO workflows.
• Collaborate and Pioneer: work with researchers and platform engineers to set infra standards.
