Qualifications

• Experience communicating strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engineering team focused on ML Infra.
• Engage in design reviews, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs.
• Define technical vision with Tech Leads and drive execution across hardware-software co-design.
• Collaborate with AI Infra, Hardware Engineering, Product, and Research to align on strategy.
• Manage roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation to deliver impact.
