You will drive architectural decisions, manage roadmaps and cross-functional partnerships, and mentor engineers to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing software engineering teams with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Technical background in AI/ML systems or distributed/HPC systems or AI tooling/infrastructure or model optimization with GPUs/accelerators.
• Proven ability to engage deeply in technical work and guide decisions.
• Experience growing engineers and communicating technical strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and retain an engineering team focused on AI Infra and hardware/software co-design.
• Engage in design reviews, architecture decisions, and trade-offs.
• Drive roadmaps, timelines, and risk management for complex projects.
