Meta is hiring a Software Engineering Manager for Neural Interface ML Infra in New York. You will lead a team at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and hardware, driving model efficiency, scalability, and infrastructure cost reduction to enable embedded AI for wearable products.

You will engage in design reviews, set technical direction with Tech Leads, and oversee complex co-design projects from concept to delivery, partnering with AI Infra, Hardware Eng, Product, and Research.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading software engineering teams with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Experience guiding technical work and influencing decisions across teams.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders with written proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and retain an engineering team focused on AI Infra for Neural Interface ML.
• Drive design reviews, architecture decisions, and trade-offs.
• Define technical vision with Tech Leads and execute hardware-software co-design projects.
• Manage roadmaps, timelines, and risk; collaborate with AI Infra, Hardware Eng, Product, and Research.
• Represent the team to leadership and ensure delivery outcomes.
