Job summary

ITC Digital Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to work onsite in Washington, DC, delivering ML-based solutions for federal clients. You will build scalable backend components, integrate CV/ML features, and collaborate with diverse teams to deploy cutting-edge AI capabilities.

The role requires security clearance, a strong ML/data background, and hands-on experience with detection models and ML frameworks. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret-level security clearance or higher are required or an active Top Secret clearance is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time at a client site in Washington, DC.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in ML, DS, statistics, CS, economics, mathematics, information systems, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of professional ML delivery experience.
• Experience with object detection and CV models (YOLO, MMDetection, RCNN, SSD, FPN, RetinaNet).
• Programming in Python, R, Scala, SQL, JavaScript, C/C++, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality code components for services, servers, distributed systems, and backend architecture supporting Microsoft products.
• Collaborate with engineers, artists, producers, designers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Integrate AI/ML/CV capabilities into product and service designs.
• Develop ML solutions by evaluating requirements and resources and selecting approaches.
• Analyze data and manage data stores to support models and frameworks.
• Develop custom algorithms/models or apply existing tools to solve problems.
• Deploy ML solutions and plan for scaling.
• Present findings to clients and team members.
• Stay current with ML developments in industry and academia.
• Identify use cases such as object detection, OCR, automation, predictive modeling, pattern analysis, NLP, fraud detection.
