Job summary

Integral Consulting Services is seeking a Data Engineer for AI & Machine Learning to join the internal Office of Technology. You will design data architectures, build multimodal data pipelines, and drive ML initiatives with DoD security standards. Hybrid work in McLean, VA with occasional client support.

The role requires 3+ years in data engineering, 2+ in AI/ML, and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance. Strong cloud, Python, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years data engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML operations (MLOps).
• Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures for ML and analytics in federal contexts.
• Build and maintain resilient ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy AI models (HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Engage with government stakeholders and internal teams to translate needs into data solutions.
