Draper is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement ML/AI tools across diverse R&D projects, including data-intelligence, generative AI, and predictive maintenance. The role welcomes new PhDs with less than 1 year experience.

Responsibilities include designing AI models, improving performance, and collaborating with customers to define requirements while pursuing ongoing learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ML, statistics, math, EE, computational biology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements.
• Analyze and improve AI model performance.
• Apply ML and deep learning to enable visualization, learning, and response to complex situations.
• Collaborate across departments and with customers to define requirements.
• Identify learning opportunities to support program needs.
