Job summary

Draper seeks a Software Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy AI/ML tools across diverse R&D projects in Cambridge, MA, and Reston, VA. Hybrid work is available; candidates should be able to obtain US Government Security Clearance. Experience spans data-intelligence, generative AI, predictive maintenance, and bioinformatics.

Required: 5–7 years in ML/AI, strong Python/MATLAB/R/C++/JAVA skills, and a bachelor’s in a related field. A master’s is preferred.
