Job summary

Draper Labs in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Machine Learning Engineer MTS1 to design and implement ML/AI and data science tools across diverse R&D projects, including data intelligence, generative AI, predictive maintenance, and bioinformatics.

You will design and deploy AI models, analyze performance, collaborate across departments and customers, and continuously learn new technical skills while working to meet project requirements. US government security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or related field is required.
• 0-3 years machine learning or artificial intelligence or related experience is required.
• Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops AI models to meet project requirements.
• Analyzes and improves AI model performance.
• Applies ML and deep learning technologies to give computers the capability to visualize, learn, and respond to complex situations.
• Collaborates across departments and with customers to define requirements and understand business problems.
