Job summary

FINN is hiring a Senior Credit Risk Manager to shape ML-driven underwriting and strengthen risk decisioning across Southeast Asia. You’ll monitor portfolio health, design and deploy risk models, and collaborate with data, engineering and product teams to balance growth with prudent risk management.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer credit risk, strong SQL/Python, and experience communicating complex risk concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consumer credit risk experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, actuarial studies, computer science or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Hands‑on experience building, testing, deploying and monitoring credit risk models.

Responsibilities

• Monitor risk metrics (default rates, approval rates) and investigate changes.
• Develop, test and deploy risk models in an agile environment.
• Analyze data sources and integrate new data for risk decisioning.
• Collaborate with data, engineering and product teams to improve approval funnels.
