The role centers on leading cross-functional efforts to align machine-learning demand with data-center capacity, while coordinating with Core Systems Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to define technical specs and drive UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 6 years of experience in technical program management, systems architecture, or software engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Bridge multi-year machine-level demand plans into data center power and space constraints.
• Model complex allocation scenarios balancing compute supply and site constraints.
• Publish standardized playbooks for tagging methodologies, deployment ramps, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with Core Systems Engineering, DeciML, Data Science, and Operations to review specs and drive UAT.
• Advocate AI workflows and modern tooling across the infra team and mentor peers.
