Google – Sunnyvale, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for ML Demand Planning to own cross‑functional, multi‑quarter initiatives across infrastructure and data science teams.

You will plan requirements, assess risks, manage schedules, and communicate decisions to executives and engineers, translating complex analytics into scalable, production‑grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years in program management and 6 years in technical TPM roles or similar.
• Experience owning outcomes and influencing stakeholders across programs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge multi-year demand plans with data center constraints and capacities.
• Model allocation scenarios and reconcile compute supply with limits.
• Publish standard playbooks for tagging, ramps, and capacity management.
• Review designs with Core Systems Engineering, DeciML, Data Science, and Ops.
• Advocate AI workflows and mentor teams to scale capacity.
