Responsibilities

• Develop planning models for new product introduction (NPI) driving alignment across product categories and establishing optimized inventory strategies.
• Own supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs while maintaining/improving service levels.
• Establish methods (e.g., statistical models, processes, and software tools) to evaluate the supply chain's ability to meet customer demand and develop inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.
• Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to procure materials and ensure availability to fulfill customer needs while driving operational efficiency.
