Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager for ML Demand Planning to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from conception to delivery. You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, map risks, and schedule projects while communicating clearly with executives and engineers.

You’ll help operationalize location strategies and model demand against compute and power limits, leveraging AI tooling and production software development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Math or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 6 years of experience in TPM, systems architecture, or software engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Bridge multi-year demand plans with data center constraints.
• Model allocation scenarios across business segments.
• Publish standardized operational playbooks for tagging, ramps and capacity management.
• Review designs with Core Systems and Data Science teams; drive UAT.
• Advocate practical AI workflows and mentor scale across infra teams.
