Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ML, DL or CS; PhD preferred.
• Strong experience with ML model training, evaluation, deployment and production maintenance.
• Experience in data discovery, aggregation and feature engineering; SQL skills.
• Experience logging, tracking, A/B testing; evaluating performance of ML models in production.
• Proficient in Python and developing data-driven, scalable applications on AWS.
• Experience applying ML to optimization problems like sales prediction, recommendations, sentiment analysis.
• Experience with open source ML libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM).

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, monitor and optimize ML models and automation pipelines.
• Develop personalized experiences from product data and customer insights.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to mature ML usage within the organization.
• Identify new opportunities to apply ML to improve business workflows.
• Perform related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
