Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin drivers license with a good driving record.
• Six months of home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience installing windows/doors is a major plus.
• General tool knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights and working on ladders or scaffolding.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors.
• Recognize situations affecting customer expectations, job costs, and code performance and provide solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring customers accept proposed solutions and maintain good relationships before, during, and after installation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation
