Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC seeks a Machine Operator to keep the 3D MJF printers running and ready for the next job, including preventative maintenance and material cleaning. You will exchange build units and contribute to continuous production flow.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project technicians, maintaining printers and processing stations, prepping printers for prints, and ensuring uptime according to OEE standards. A safe, organized, and collaborative work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred.
• Solid technical attributes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great organizational skills.
• Beginning Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.
• Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the 3D MJF printers running and ready for the next job.
• Work closely with the Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, and Lead Project Technician.
• Maintain and clean Processing Stations, Build Units, and MJF Printers.
• Prep the printer for the next available print and ensure uptime meets OEE requirements.
• Report any printer issues to the Machine Technician and/or Lead Project Technician.
• Maintain a clean showroom and a safe work environment.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Assist in various stages of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
