The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of bartender experience, certification, and a passion for mixology, wine, beer, and spirits. You will thrive under pressure and contribute to an exceptional guest experience at our world‑class property.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality and guest-focused service.
• Current bartenders’ certification or license.
• Knowledge of mixology trends and techniques.
• Ability to describe and sell drinks effectively.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain bar setup.
• Guide guests on beverages and describe the menu.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Manage bar stock, garnishes, and perishables daily.
• Mix and present drinks following standard recipes and portions.
• Enter orders at POS and generate guest checks.
• Close out bills and secure cash drops.
