Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a guest‑centered Bartender for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. You will greet guests, craft beverages, and guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling, delivering memorable hospitality from welcome to departure.

We value bartenders with 2–4 years of experience, current certification, and a passion for mixology. Ability to work under pressure and exceptional communication are essential to create an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledgeable in the latest trends around mixology.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through menu descriptions.
• Be accurate in order taking and confirm special requests.
• Be the master of the bar and enhance conversation with guests.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to reach a resolution.
• Finalize the experience with timely bill presentation.
