Qualifications

• Bartender certification or professional license required.

• Knowledge of current mixology trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to describe drinks and sell menu items effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide welcoming bar service.
• Maintain bar setup and stock daily.
• Guide guests through the beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Serve drinks following recipes and ensure portion control.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Process bills accurately and manage cash or POS transactions.
