Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Mixing Plant Assistant to support rig up and rig down, manage chemical inventory, and assist the operator in daily tasks at Midland, TX.

Role requires ability to work rotating shifts, follow safety policies, wear PPE, and communicate in English. A valid driver's license is required; Class A CDL is a plus. Oilfield environment with physical demands and varied terrain.

Qualifications

• Six months experience with rotating shifts or manual labor preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read and write in English clearly.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operator with rig up and rig down procedures.
• Maintain daily chemical inventory and usage.
• Strap frac tanks and other tasks as directed by Mixing Plant Operator.
• Follow AWS HSE policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Drive company vehicles on various road conditions and terrains.
