Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Mixing Plant Assistant to support rig up and rig down, manage chemical inventory, and assist the operator in daily tasks at Midland, TX.

Role requires ability to work rotating shifts, follow safety policies, wear PPE, and communicate in English. A valid driver's license is required; Class A CDL is a plus. Oilfield environment with physical demands and varied terrain.

Qualifications

• Six months experience with rotating shifts or manual labor preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read and write in English clearly.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operator with rig up and rig down procedures.
• Maintain daily chemical inventory and usage.
• Strap frac tanks and other tasks as directed by Mixing Plant Operator.
• Follow AWS HSE policies and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Drive company vehicles on various road conditions and terrains.

Responsibilities

Mixing Plant Handswill assist the Operator in rig up and rig down procedures and actively help in mixing chemicals.

• Rig up andmaintainequipment throughoperations
• Keep daily chemical inventory andusage
• Strap frac tanks as needed among other task laid out by Mixing Plant Operator
• Follows and supports all AWS HSE policies at alltimes
• Knows and uses appropriate PPE at alltimes
• Drives company vehicles overvarious typesof road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, andoff roadsituations including two track roads

Experience/Qualifications Requirements

• Performs other duties as assigned byMixing Plant Operator
• A minimum of six (6) months experience working rotational shift work, working in inclement weather, and/or manual labor experiencepreferred
• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Works well with others
• Basic problem solving and organizationalskills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving recordClass A CDL a plus
• Ability to communicate, read & write inEnglish
• Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiringrequirements
