Gossner Foods Inc. in Utah seeks a Mixing Operator to operate equipment in the Mixing Department, batch and standardize products, and document production and quality data in a fast-paced dairy environment.
You will follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures, assist in training new staff, and maintain a clean, safe work area while contributing to overall production efficiency and quality.
The Mixing Operator is responsible for operating equipment in the Mixing Department and preparing products for production. This position performs batching, product standardization, equipment cleaning, CIP procedures, and required documentation while following food safety, quality, and production standards.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, able to work well with a team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
Your journey begins with training pay starting at $19.40 per hour, with the potential to reach $22.90 per hour after mastering all skill levels and experience.
