Job summary

Giti Tire Manufacturing in the United States is seeking a Mixing Maintenance Planner to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the Mixing Department. You will coordinate with Maintenance Supervisors, Technicians, Production, Engineering, EHS, and other teams to ensure parts are available and downtime is minimized.

You will maintain CMMS records, create detailed work orders, track labor hours, and lead weekly planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification plus relevant maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning or equivalent.
• Experience in tire, rubber, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience supporting Mixing equipment or heavy manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance for Mixing equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Technicians to prioritize work based on equipment condition, safety, and production needs.
• Create, review, and maintain detailed work orders with scope, labor, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Maintain PM schedules and evaluate PM effectiveness to improve reliability.
• Review failures and maintenance history for improvement opportunities.
• Ensure parts, tools, and resources are identified and available before maintenance begins.
• Coordinate with Parts/Inventory to maintain inventory levels for Mixing parts.
• Maintain CMMS records, equipment history, and maintenance documentation.
