Job summary

Giti Tire Manufacturing is seeking a Mixing Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance for the Mixing Department. You will partner with Supervisors, Technicians, Production, Engineering, and EHS to ensure work is planned, parts are available, and downtime is minimized.

The role emphasizes maintaining CMMS records, PM schedules, and equipment history to boost reliability and overall department performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical school certification, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance, planning, or multi-trade manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance for Mixing equipment.
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Technicians to prioritize work based on condition and production need.
• Create and maintain detailed work orders with scope, labor, parts, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Maintain PM schedules and evaluate effectiveness to improve reliability.
• Review failures and history to identify reliability improvements.
• Ensure parts, tools, and materials are available before work begins.
• Lead weekly maintenance planning meetings and report on KPIs.
