Job summary

Giti Tire Usa Ltd is seeking a Mixing Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for the Mixing Department. You will manage work orders, ensure parts availability, and minimize downtime using CMMS, while collaborating with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and EHS.

The role emphasizes reliability, PM effectiveness, and data-driven planning to improve department performance and equipment uptime in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, or related multi-trade environment.
• Experience in tire, rubber, automotive, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience supporting Mixing equipment or similar heavy industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance for Mixing equipment and systems.
• Prioritize maintenance work with Supervisors and Technicians based on condition, safety, and production needs.
• Create, review, and maintain detailed work orders with scope, labor, parts, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Maintain PM schedules and evaluate PM effectiveness to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with EHS for safety permits and lockout/tagout during planning.
