Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Salisbury, NC to join our Mixing and Extrusion team. You will operate production equipment, weigh materials, monitor quality, and maintain a safe work area.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 55 pounds, and work in a hot manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience in mixing, extrusion, or industrial production environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and extrusion equipment according to established procedures.
• Accurately weigh and add raw materials to production batches.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Complete production documentation and records accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
