This entry-level role requires a GED or high school diploma and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience; compensation includes a $2/hour split-shift differential and a schedule of 4-10s, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma and 6 months manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Basic arithmetic, unit conversion, weight, volume, ratios
• Ability to apply written or oral instructions and deal with routine problems
• Basic keyboarding, computer navigation, data entry, LMS and safety apps
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work around heat/noise

Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions to extrude material per specifications and meet production targets
• Complete required paperwork and ensure process consistency
• Keep work area organized and safe at all times
• Comply with all EHS requirements
• Assist in housekeeping and other areas as needed
