Mixing Operator We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to play a key role in our production operations. Job Summary:As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to mix, blend, and combine a variety of materials and substances. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mixing equipment such as blenders, agitators, and other specialized machinery to combine raw materials according to precise formulations and recipes
  • Monitor the mixing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal product quality and consistency
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Collaborate with production team members to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the mixing process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the mixing operations
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment
Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience operating mixing or blending equipment in a manufacturing or production setting

Working Conditions:

This position is based in a production facility and may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other physical demands associated with industrial equipment. Work schedule: 6am-6:15pm, 2-2-3 schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a temporary-to-hire position with a target pay rate of $18 per hour. #INDSalisbury
