Quality Liquid Feeds in Clovis, NM is hiring a Mixer Technician / Maintenance / Receiver to join our production team. The role involves batching, manufacturing products to spec, maintaining equipment, and receiving ingredients at our Clovis facility.

The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving, with growth opportunities and on-the-job training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with various individuals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mix & Batch: Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals.
• Make It Right: Manufacture products to spec using formulas, transforming raw ingredients into targeted feed solutions.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform basic repairs and keep maintenance records.
• Receive Ingredients: Unload railcars, barges, and trucks to keep operations moving.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Stay Compliant: Follow OSHA and FDA standards and procedures.
